  • Grazing Table and opening fire ceremony

Saturday:

  • Sunrise Ceremony @ 6

  • Brunch @ 11:30 am

  • River Hike / Forage 1 - 4 pm

  • 4-6 pm personal integration time

Chef Jeannette will be returning to cook for the Motherbird Retreat for Nest + Bowl this October.

Nest and Bowls biannual retreat is carefully crafted with mother circles, rituals, songs, movement practices, immersion in nature, private healing sessions and Ayurvedic meals.

We have day passes and the option to upgrade to overnight, which includes breakfast + morning offerings.

We also encourage you to bring your child(ren) with you, as we’ll have onsite childcare available.

Plants & Planets: nourish your sense of wild

In this workshop Jeannette will dive into the Elements and seasons of astrology and how they can act as a guide for how to nourish ourselves in the most optimal way throughout the year. As we learn how the archetypes and energetics show up in humans, plants, environment, intuitive eating unfolds. She will offer a demo of her favorite ways to incorporate planetary wisdom into delicious recipes using local ingredients and wild edibles from the North Shore region of Minnesota that you'll get to sample and integrate at home.

Jungle Rewilding Costa Rica

Join us at SOL Center in Pavones, Costa Rica. Home to the most biodiversity, and second longest left breaking wave for surf. Sol center offers you a chance to live the jungle life, eat organic food grown on site, surf, and have ample space to work on personal projects. Anjuli and Alok will be facilitating weekly workshops, daily yoga/meditation, and Animal Flow movement classes.

You’ll have the opportunity to venture into the farm with the founder Adrian Carroll. Gain a deeper understanding of how we can grow food with nature, learn cook with tropical ingredients, and discover the aliveness of slowing down to the pleasure of our senses.
